Gypsies and Travellers struggle to cope with dementia in family members, and are often in denial about a loved-one’s condition or try to hide it, a new research report has found.

People without a secure job contract can reduce their risk of premature death by 20 percent if they gain permanent employment, a study from Karolinska Institutet published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health reports.
